Get to know Bing Cherries!
Bings are large, dark and firm cherries that are full of anti-oxidants. A wet climate is required for the harvest of the bing cherry. The recipe for this cocktail is a play on the Singapore Sling.

Bing Sling

  • 1 oz Bing Cherry Puree
  • 1 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Russian Standard Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Benedictine
  • 1/2 oz Maraschino Liquor
  • 1/2 oz Lime Juice
  • 1 Dash Peychauds Bitters


Combine in mixing glass, fill with ice, then fill to top with 3 oz Bastianich Brut. Garnish with a red basil leaf.

This cocktail is a play off the classic Pisco Sour, based off of Picso. Pisco is a Peruvian or arguably Chilean creation, it is a brandy made typically from the varietal Quebranta, hence the name "Quebranta Crush."

Quebranta Crush

  • 7 Muddeled micro grapes
  • 1.5oz Barsol Pisco
  • 1oz Lime Juice
  • 1oz Egg Whites
  • .75oz Simple Syrup


Shake and serve over crushed ice. Garnish with 3 micro grapes!
